We offer a unique ‘hotline’ advice service enabling HR Executives to get timely advice in a focused telephone conversation.

On the same day as you call a telephone conference of up to 30 minutes can usually be arranged where one of our Employment Lawyers will listen to an outline of the situation and provide legal advice as to how best to deal with it – to minimise litigation risks and help you to balance the commercial risks and trade-offs.

The fixed cost is £350 (+ VAT)

If the case goes further:

We will provide advice on handling situations so as to avoid the need to go to an Employment tribunal.

If it is possible to settle your case without a trial – we can represent you in negotiations or in mediation.

In the event that a situation cannot be resolved informally, he will:

  • Advise you on the strengths and weaknesses of your case, your prospects for success and the likely costs and awards from the Tribunal
  • Represent you at the Employment Tribunal hearing.
